The Georgia General Assembly enacted the Ethics in Government Act (O.C.G.A. Section 21-5-1 et seq.) in 1986. The intent of the Act is to protect the integrity of the democratic process and to ensure fair elections with the public disclosure of campaign financing and significant private interests of public officers and candidates for public office.

Search for Information and Disclosure Reports


The Report Search section provides a search engine to locate and view lobbyist, personal financial and campaign information and disclosures reported by candidates, committees, public office holders and lobbyists. The information is searchable by criteria such as filer name or office held/sought.
