EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
STATE ETHICS COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA
The Executive Secretary is the State Ethics Commission’s chief administrative officer, whose duties include:
- Administering Georgia’s campaign finance and disclosure laws under the Ethics in Government Act;
- Managing and directing the day-to-day operations of the State Ethics Commission;
- Interacting with the General Assembly, Governor’s Office and other state agencies on behalf of the State Ethics Commission; and
- Preparing enforcement actions to be presented to the State Ethics Commission.
Qualified applicants will have at least: a 4-year college degree and 5 years experience in management, law, ethics and compliance programs, or work in campaign finance reporting and disclosure.
